This mango chutney is a fine blend of mangoes, sugar, and vinegar. But also ginger and a touch of chilli pepper to enhance this Indian speciality. The mangoes and spices are all selected and prepared by hand to bring you this high-quality chutney.
Recommended use: mango chutney is excellent served with foie gras, cheese and on toasts. But also with white meat. Don’t forget it can also be used in marinades.
Recipe idea: Seared foie gras served with mango chutney
Salt the foie gras slices, then lightly fry each side for 2 minutes in a hot pan. Then place on a tray covered with kitchen paper and place in the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, deglaze the pan with the mango chutney. Arrange the steamed potatoes, sliced, on the plates, cover with mango chutney, and place the seared foie gras on the top.
