CHILLI-GREEN PAPAYA PASTE (Pâte de piment papaye verte)
The exquisite taste of a perfect fusion
The papaya pairs perfectly with the chilli, allowing it to release all its flavour. Spicy but not overly so, it will jazz up your dishes to perfection.
It is ideal with meat, fish, shellfish, vegetables, as well as in salad dressings and sauces.
Recipe idea: Oven potatoes.
Slice the potatoes down the middle. Brush them with softened butter mixed with the TOCO chilli-green papaya paste. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 200°C.
