Recipe idea: Roast lamb shoulder filled with Colombo sauce
Spread the TOCO Colombo sauce generously on both sides of the shoulder of lamb and cook at 180 °C for 1-1.5hrs (depending on the weight). Baste with a little water during cooking. Serve this dish with potatoes, baked at the same time as the meat.
