Puréed garlic mixed with sunflower oil and salt. The garlic cream is so simple to use that once you have tried it, you won’t be able to cook without it.
Recommended use:
Can be used in any preparations where you usually add garlic: your dishes, salads, but also your sauces, etc.
Recipe idea: Oven-baked shellfish
In a little butter, gently fry some mussels (without their shells) and some halved scallops without their coral. Add 1 teaspoon of garlic cream and chopped parsley. Mix and divide the mussels and scallops in oven-proof appetiser spoons. Cover with bread crumbs and bake for 15 minutes in a hot oven.
