Garlic mixed with sunflower oil, salt and herbs. Using the garlic cream with herbs is so simple and it makes for a great variation.
Recipe idea: Tomato bake with “couac” semolina
Peel 4 well-sized tomatoes and cut into slices. Sauté in a little olive oil. Add 2 teaspoons of garlic cream with herbs. Divide among 4 oven-proof ramekins and sprinkle with a few shavings of parmesan. In a skillet, sauté the couac in a little butter and 1 teaspoon of garlic cream with herbs. Cover the tomatoes with the couac. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
