The strength of chilli pepper associated with Asian flavours of curry to spice up your dishes and give them that exotic touch.
Directions for use:
Excellent in recipes using coconut milk.
Recipe idea: Shrimps in spicy coconut milk sauce.
Make separately fry the chopped tomatoes with 1 onion. Fry the shrimps for about 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Add to the tomatoes. Pour over the coconut milk. Add a little TOCO chilli-curry paste, then simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
